Questions we get a lot
Are your caregivers actually background-checked?
Yes — nationwide criminal background check, reference calls, and a paid shadow week with a senior walker before anyone handles a booking alone. Everyone is covered under our liability and bonding policy.
How do you get into my home?
Lockbox, smart lock code, or two keys held in a numbered safe at our office — your choice. Keys are never labelled with your address, and access is logged on every visit.
What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?
Then they don't have to. Every walk is solo by default. Daycare groups are temperament-matched and capped at eight, and we have a quiet room for dogs who'd rather opt out.
Can you give medication?
Oral meds, topicals and insulin injections are all fine at no extra charge. We log the dose and time in the visit report so you have a written record.
What happens in an emergency?
We call you first, then your listed vet. If neither answers within ten minutes we transport to the nearest 24-hour clinic and keep calling. You pre-authorise a spending limit at signup.
